Fred L. Bishop is the founder and director of No Greater Love Ministries. No Greater Love has been based in Du Quoin, Illinois since its founding in 1975.

Fred grew up in Du Quoin, attended the University of Illinois, and graduated with a MS in Psychology from Carson Newman College in Johnston City, Tennessee. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
No Greater Love is a non-profit, interdenominational ministry which makes disciple makers through short-term outreaches in the USA and around the world.
Fred and his wife, Jan, have two grown children, as well as several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Our History
The NGL Network began in 2014 as a response to Fred Bishop's desire to "give the ministry away" to a younger generation of ministry leaders. This network of ministries continues to serve in the models, methods, and values its leaders learned from Fred across decades of ministry outreaches.
